Terms of Service

By installing or using Quick Proposal (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Quick Proposal helps freelancers find and bid on jobs. When you visit Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn, the Service can:

• Show fit scores next to each job in your feed.
• Analyze a single job in depth and rate the fit.
• Draft a tailored proposal in your voice on demand.
• Run a humanizer pass on every proposal so it reads as human-written.
• Answer follow-up questions about the page you're on.
• Track outcomes you mark (Won / Interview / Pending / Lost) so the AI learns over time.

We don't apply for jobs on your behalf, don't auto-submit anything, don't guarantee any job outcome, and aren't affiliated with Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, Contra, or any other platform.

You need an account (email + password) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

• The Service runs on a credit system. New accounts receive 10 free credits.
• You can buy more credits in packs (Starter / Standard / Pro). Pricing is shown in the popup and on our website. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• One credit equals one paid action: scan a profile, analyze a job, generate a proposal (humanizer included), ask one question, or score a batch of up to 10 jobs in your feed.
• The humanizer second-pass is bundled into the proposal credit at no extra charge. Refines (up to 5 per draft), Train AI marking, and template management are all free.
• Credits never expire as long as your account exists.

Because credits are consumed by an external AI service we pay for per call, we don't offer refunds for credits already used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you email us at sonet@sonetcraft.com from your account email — we'll refund the unused portion through Stripe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to apply to jobs you have no intention or ability to do.
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service's output for commercial purposes.
• Use multiple accounts to abuse the free-credit signup bonus.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the API keys or prompts.
• Use the Service in violation of any platform's terms (Upwork, etc.).
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. If we suspend you in error, email us — we'll review.

You retain ownership of the proposals we generate for you, the templates you save, and the outcome marks you make. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so we can deliver the Service — including using your past winning proposals as cadence references for new drafts and for the humanizer pass. We don't use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond running the product for you.

Proposals are AI-generated and rewritten by a humanizer pass. They can be wrong, incomplete, or off-tone. Always read what you send. You're responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of anything you submit on a job platform. We don't guarantee any job outcome — getting hired depends on you, the client, and many factors outside our control.

The humanizer pass reduces the patterns AI-detection systems look for, but no humanization process is guaranteed to bypass every detector. Detection systems evolve. We recommend always reading and lightly editing each draft before submitting.

We aim to keep the Service running 24/7 but make no SLA. Maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe), or bugs may interrupt it. If a paid action errors out we automatically refund the credit. We'll do our best to fix issues quickly.

You can delete your account at any time from the popup → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy; unused paid credits within the 14-day refund window are refunded.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL QUICK PROPOSAL OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and notify active users in-app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
